A Special Neighborhood
One of Pflugerville’s first subdivisions, started in 1981, Gatlinburg is characterized by modest single-family homes, mature trees, and tidy fenced landscapes with quiet cul-de-sacs. Some streets are named for Gatlinburg Tennessee locations. The last phase of home construction was completed in 1985. Gatlinburg was built on Otto Pfluger’s historic farm land, a founding Pflugerville family. Our neighborhood’s features include:

- Close to historic Immanuel Lutheran Church
